The Sheriff’s Office of Davidson County, NC is investigating a report of $3,000 in copper wire that was stolen from a nearby Verizon cell tower around July 31st. A Verizon employee was doing a routine check and noticed that many of the copper wires at the bottom of the tower had been cut.
