DigitalBridge announced it will be moving, along with Vertical Bridge, from Boca Raton to Delray Beach, FL according to the Commercial Observer. DigitalBridge will occupy roughly 47,000 square feet of office space while Vertical Bridge will take up a lease for 38,474-square-feet. The companies, signing separate lease agreements, will occupy roughly 65 percent of Pebb Capital’s mixed-use Sundy Village development. The $240 million development, located on a seven-acre campus, is still under construction and expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year.

“The decision to transition DigitalBridge’s headquarters to Sundy Village will be a tremendous benefit for our team to be immersed in the heart of downtown Delray,” said DigitalBridge CEO Marc Ganzi. “Our expanded and modernized office will provide our company with new space for innovation and enjoyment of nearby experiences, from retail to dining, that make it an ideal setting.”

Only six miles from its current location at 750 Park of Commerce Drive in Boca Raton, where it occupies 31,600 square feet, DigitalBridge’s new space is expected to house more than 300 employees. The new address will be 100 SE First Ave., Delray Beach, FL 33444.
